تواجه المستخدمين أحياناً مشكلة أنهم لايستطيعون الكتابه بالعربية فى بعض البرامج لأنها لا تدعمها لذا فالحل الأمثل هو تحميل برنامج الوسيط للكتابة بالعربي وتثبيته واستخدامه فى البرامج التى تظهر بها الخطوط والكتابات العربيه بشكل معكوس أو متقطع أو مقلوب ولا يكون كلمة أو جملة مفيدة، وهذا البرنامج يقوم بحل مثل هذه المشاكل في أغلب البرامج اللتي لا تدعم اللغة العربية.
